The mezzanine level houses the kitchen, a living room with satellite TV and a conservatory. The functionally equipped kitchen is designed to cater for group stays. All living and sleeping areas have air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Outdoor area & pool
The outdoor area is clearly laid out and designed for communal use. The fenced-off pool measures 10 x 5 m with a depth ranging from 1.30 m to 2.10 m and features a fenced-off, shallow children’s area as well as a hydraulic pool lift, which also allows guests with walking difficulties or in wheelchairs to swim. Sun loungers, parasols and various seating areas are available around the pool. The outdoor area is complemented by a table tennis table, a darts board and a small children’s play area.
Information for guests with reduced mobility
Guests with reduced mobility are very welcome at Sa Pedrera. The finca has a practical layout, with the living areas and three bedrooms on the ground floor. The associated bathrooms are wheelchair-accessible. As individual requirements may vary, we recommend briefly discussing your personal needs before booking.
