The open-plan living area forms the heart of the house. Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and open directly onto the terrace. A comfortable sofa area creates a relaxed setting for evening downtime.
The modern open-plan kitchen blends seamlessly into the living concept. It includes a dining area and a lit kitchen counter with bar stools – ideal for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. At the front of the house there is a guest WC and a utility room with a washing machine. The first bedroom is accessed directly from the living room, while the other three bedrooms are located along the adjoining hallway. A modern heating and air-conditioning system ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

All bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes as well as large windows with blackout blinds and mosquito screens.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The outdoor area is designed for comfort and variety. The centrepiece is the large pool with jacuzzi and shallow water area, particularly suitable for children or relaxed lounging in sun-warmed water. In addition, there is a heated outdoor pool (approx. 28°C) with jacuzzi function and pool fencing. Pool heating can be activated for an additional charge. Several high-quality furnished terrace areas offer different zones for dining and relaxing – from the dining table to sun loungers. The outdoor kitchen with BBQ area is located directly next to the dining area and enables sociable barbecue evenings. A large lawn area, two football goals and a table tennis table in the rear part of the plot are available for sporting activities.

Note on pool heating:
It is important to book heating for the small pool at least 7 days before arrival. The cost is payable in cash on arrival to the key holder: €100 activation fee plus €20 per night for the duration of the stay.
