Upon entering, you are welcomed by a bright, open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa lounge. The solid dining table seats up to six people and serves as the central gathering point for shared meals. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and offers convenient access to the terrace, making outdoor breakfasts or al fresco dinners easy to enjoy. For year-round comfort, all rooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. During the winter months, a modern wood pellet stove provides pleasant and sustainable warmth. The combination of natural stone, clean lines and modern technology gives the house a timeless atmosphere.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature windows fitted with mosquito screens, allowing you to sleep comfortably even with the windows open.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The outdoor area is spacious and offers a variety of uses. At its centre is the swimming pool with a traditional Mallorcan water feature. The surrounding pool terrace is furnished with high-quality sun loungers and parasols.
A covered terrace with a dining table and a comfortable lounge seating area provides a shaded space for meals and relaxing moments. A staircase leads down to the extensive garden with a large lawn and olive trees. This area offers additional space for activities such as volleyball, badminton, football or light exercise directly on the property. A table tennis table and a water polo goal are also available. The combination of nature, open space for recreational activities and the pool makes the finca particularly attractive for families.
