Holafinca is an owner-managed finca rental agency in Mallorca with more than 20 years of experience. Since 2003, we have specialised in carefully selected holiday homes and fincas across Mallorca – offering a personal, honest service with direct contact between owners and guests. Instead of thousands of anonymous listings, you will find around 100 handpicked properties that we personally know and regularly review.

Our Regions in Mallorca
Our roots are in the north and north-east of Mallorca, around Alcúdia, Pollensa, Muro, Santa Margalida, Ariany, Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. This is where our first holiday home rentals began in 2003, and where we have known many owners and properties personally for years. We now also offer selected fincas in the east around Artà and in the south-east of Mallorca.
The Team Behind Holafinca – Trust & Experience
Monika
Monika is the owner and managing director of Holafinca and has been responsible for the company’s development for more than 23 years. She oversees the strategic direction, marketing activities and cooperation with partners – both in Mallorca and in our German office. Thanks to her many years of experience, she personally knows almost every finca and has a strong understanding of which properties and concepts work successfully. She continuously develops Holafinca and ensures quality, reliability and memorable holiday experiences. For guests, she is an important point of contact when choosing the right finca. Property owners benefit from her expertise in positioning and marketing their holiday homes effectively.
Monika has been committed to quality and security in holiday home rentals for many years. From 2015 to 2025, she served as President of the German Holiday Home Agencies Association (VDFA e.V.). Since its dissolution, she has been leading ALVA – the network for accommodation professionals.
Angelika
Since early 2026, Angelika has strengthened our booking office in Germany. She is responsible for the editorial maintenance of the website, onboarding new properties and ensuring that all content remains accurate and up to date. She also assists guests with bookings and serves as a contact person for property management companies in Mallorca. With great attention to detail, organisational skills and a helpful approach, she ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Joan, Barbara & Malen
Joan represents us on Mallorca and is the main contact for both owners and guests. He personally welcomes guests on arrival day, explains everything important about the finca and knows the properties he manages in great detail. From 2026 onwards, our local check-in team will also include Barbara and Malen.
Regina
Regina manages the holiday properties in the south and south-east together with her partner agency. She has also been working in Mallorca for decades and is the local contact person for any questions or issues regarding the houses. Thanks to her extensive knowledge of the properties, she is able to provide reliable assistance and detailed information at any time.
