A staircase leads to the upper floor, where two additional bedrooms and another bathroom are located. The finca is exceptionally well maintained and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The outdoor area features a Mediterranean-style garden, a covered porch that extends around much of the house, and a private swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Several seating areas, including an outdoor lounge set, a large dining table with chairs, and an additional table with seating, provide plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Opposite the porch, there is a dedicated BBQ house for outdoor cooking and dining. For children, a small play area with a swing and slide is available.
