Finca Vernissa is a spacious residence for up to 10 guests, located just around 7 minutes by car from the sea and the coastal town of Can Picafort. With approximately 500 m² of living space on a 14,000 m² fenced plot, the property offers plenty of space, privacy and comfort – ideal for several families or groups. A well-maintained garden, a generous pool area and numerous terraces underline the representative character of this finca.
The finca is peacefully situated in a rural setting near Can Picafort. Beaches, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities can be reached within a few minutes by car. The combination of proximity to the sea and a quiet private location makes this finca particularly attractive. Cyclists benefit from good connections to the northern part of the island as well as a separate bicycle garage with direct access for tours.
The spacious entrance hall immediately conveys the expansive character of the house and leads to the staircase to the upper floor. On the left-hand side of the ground floor is the large rustic kitchen, fully equipped and complemented by a breakfast table for up to 10 people. On the right is the living and dining room, decorated in warm brown tones. A sofa area by the fireplace is perfect for relaxed evenings, while the large dining table with extension leaves allows for shared meals in larger groups. From the living area, a hallway leads to a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are four further bedrooms, a large bathroom and a practical laundry room. From the hallway you can also access a covered balcony terrace, particularly pleasant for sheltered sunbathing in the mid and low season.

The outdoor area is spacious and well maintained. The pool area is surrounded by lawn and equipped with 10 sun loungers. Impressive palm trees in front of the house give the property a representative Mediterranean touch.
Directly by the pool there is a small garden house with barbecue, dining area and an adjoining bathroom – ideal for relaxed days outdoors. In front of the main entrance there is a covered terrace with a large dining table, perfect for shared meals on warm days. The garden is beautifully illuminated in the evening, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
