Can Cuixa is a well-maintained holiday finca for families with children, located in a peaceful setting in the hinterland of Playas de Muro. The house is situated only approx. 4 km from the sandy beach and offers a private pool, easy access to the sea, and a relaxed rural environment.
The finca is quietly located between Playas de Muro and Can Picafort. Can Picafort offers a seafront promenade, numerous restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. The neighbouring Playas de Muro are considerably quieter and feature partly unspoilt stretches of beach without development. The location combines proximity to the beach with relaxation in the countryside.
The living area is bright and functionally furnished, featuring a seating area and a wood-burning stove for the cooler months. The modern fitted kitchen is semi-open and located at the rear of the house. It is fully equipped.
The adjoining dining area provides space for shared meals. A staircase leads from the living room to an open gallery. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with terrace access and a spacious bathroom.
