On the left-hand side of the ground floor is the large rustic kitchen, fully equipped and complemented by a breakfast table for up to 10 people. On the right is the living and dining room, decorated in warm brown tones. A sofa area by the fireplace is perfect for relaxed evenings, while the large dining table with extension leaves allows for shared meals in larger groups. From the living area, a hallway leads to a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are four further bedrooms, a large bathroom and a practical laundry room. From the hallway you can also access a covered balcony terrace, particularly pleasant for sheltered sunbathing in the mid and low season.

The outdoor area is spacious and well maintained. The pool area is surrounded by lawn and equipped with 10 sun loungers. Impressive palm trees in front of the house give the property a representative Mediterranean touch.
Directly by the pool there is a small garden house with barbecue, dining area and an adjoining bathroom – ideal for relaxed days outdoors. In front of the main entrance there is a covered terrace with a large dining table, perfect for shared meals on warm days. The garden is beautifully illuminated in the evening, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
