The modern villa is spread over two floors and offers bright, spacious rooms. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living and dining area with satellite TV and air conditioning. Large doors lead directly onto the terrace and into the garden. The separate kitchen is spacious and equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room with WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a balcony. The entire house has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and central heating. A washing machine is also available.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The well-maintained lawned garden provides plenty of space for playing and relaxing. The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the 8 x 4 metre saltwater swimming pool, which is available seasonally from April to October. An outdoor shower provides extra comfort after swimming. On the various terraces, you can dine outdoors or spend the day relaxing on the sun loungers. A built-in BBQ is available for enjoying meals together outdoors. There is a parking space located directly on the property.
