The finca is set in a quiet area near Muro and only a few minutes’ drive from the long sandy beaches of Playa de Muro. This combines rural privacy with quick access to the coast. The living area is designed in a modern lounge style. A spacious chill-out sofa and a flat-screen TV form the centre of the lounge. Large sliding doors on both sides provide plenty of natural light and create a direct connection to the terrace. By opening the glass fronts, indoor and outdoor areas merge almost seamlessly.
The modern white fitted kitchen with granite worktops is directly connected to the living area. It is fully equipped and features comfortable bar stools, creating a social space for meals and cooking together. To the right of the kitchen is the spacious master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and designer bathroom. On the opposite side of the living area, a corridor with built-in wardrobe leads to three further bedrooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms ensures comfortable temperatures during the summer months.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The spacious terrace is high-quality equipped and offers eight sun loungers, an outdoor sofa with armchairs and a dining table for eight people. A retractable sun awning provides additional shade when needed. Trees around the pool area offer natural shade and privacy. The highlight of the outdoor area is the approximately 15-metre-long pool with integrated whirlpool at the front. Here you can swim extensively or activate the massage function at the touch of a button.
