The spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows feels open and bright – even in the winter months. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for cooking together. The large living area consists of an open kitchen, a dining table and a sofa corner, all of which enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. From the living area, you access the separate sleeping wing via a spacious entrance hall with a natural stone wall, where the three bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms are located.

Outdoor area & pool
The outdoor area is spacious and modern in design. The highlight is the heated outdoor pool with integrated whirlpool and water feature, which can be used all year round. Sun loungers and a comfortable daybed are available around the pool. In front of the modern outdoor kitchen, there is an al fresco dining area – ideal for BBQ evenings and shared meals with views of nature.
Note on pool heating:
It is important that you book the pool heating at least 7 days before arrival. The costs are payable in cash on arrival to the key holder: €100 activation fee plus €20 per night for the duration of your stay. The pool can reach a maximum temperature of 28 degrees, but only when night temperatures are around 12 degrees.
