The finca is situated just outside Ariany. Shops are within easy walking distance – a small supermarket is only about 600 meters away. The surroundings are quiet and rural, ideal for experiencing authentic Mallorca away from major tourist areas. At the same time, you can quickly reach the island’s center or the beaches in the north and east by car.
The lovingly furnished living room features a dining area and a cozy seating area with TV. A fireplace stove provides warmth during the cooler months. The lounge also has a powerful air conditioning unit, which can cool the bedrooms when doors are left open.
The finca is functional, comfortable, and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay.

In front of the finca is the attractive overflow pool, surrounded by a well-kept lawn area. Four sun loungers invite you to relax, while an old olive tree provides natural shade. Right in front of the house is a small terrace with a table and four chairs. A built-in BBQ grill is located nearby – perfect for relaxed barbecue evenings.
