Finca Pura Vida is an exclusive, single-storey luxury finca near Ariany, built with high-quality materials and modern building technology. With four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a 15-metre heated swimming pool with jacuzzi and spacious terraces, the finca is ideal for discerning holiday guests.
The finca is located in an absolutely quiet rural setting near Ariany on a plot of around 20,000 m². Its unobstructed position offers wide views over the landscape towards the Tramuntana mountains from the pool terrace. Despite the privacy, surrounding villages, shops and restaurants can be reached within a short 10–25 minute drive. The central location of the island is well suited for excursions in all directions.
The open-plan living area impresses with high ceilings, a modern architectural design and large floor-to-ceiling windows facing the pool area and the rest of the house. These provide plenty of natural light and a seamless connection to the outdoor area. The living room features a modern sofa suite and a dining table for up to eight people. The contemporary kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the living space and fully equipped. High-quality appliances, crockery and cooking utensils allow for comfortable cooking – both for everyday use and shared evenings. The entire interior is modern, clean and of high quality, designed to create a relaxed living atmosphere.

Outdoor area & pool
The spacious terrace forms the centre of the outdoor area. The 15-metre outdoor pool with integrated jacuzzi and LED colour-changing system is suitable both for swimming and relaxing. On request and prior booking, the pool can be heated. A cosy chill-out area and a spacious BBQ area with high-quality grill provide ideal conditions for long evenings outdoors. From almost all areas you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape.
Note on pool heating:
It is important that you book the pool heating at least 7 days before arrival. The costs are payable in cash on arrival to the key holder: €100 activation fee plus €20 per night for the duration of your stay. The pool can reach a maximum temperature of 28 degrees, but only when night temperatures are around 12 degrees.
