With 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, a large swimming pool, a covered terrace and modern living areas, the finca combines comfortable living with Mallorcan charm. For larger groups, the property can be extended to accommodate up to 12 guests.
The finca is peacefully situated in the countryside near the village of Petra, surrounded by fields and nature. The area is ideal for walking, cycling and exploring the typical Mallorcan landscape. The illuminated village of Petra is visible from the pool terrace, creating the perfect setting for relaxing evenings. The beaches of the east coast can be reached in approximately 30–40 minutes by car.
