Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious, high-quality interior filled with natural light. The living room features comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and a separate armchair. Adjacent to this is the dining room, which leads directly into the semi-open, modern fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with light-wood cabinetry and modern appliances, offering everything that ambitious home cooks might need. Two steps lead into the entrance area, from which one bedroom is accessible on one side, and two bedrooms on the other. The finca is suitable for year-round occupancy and features both hot/cold air conditioning and underfloor heating. An additional guest WC completes the amenities.
