The finca extends over approx. 150 m² of single-level living space and impresses with a classic, cosy country-house style. Solid wooden furniture and carefully selected decorative elements create a warm atmosphere with a Mediterranean character. The living area is equipped with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and SAT-TV and flows into a small dining area. The open kitchen is functionally equipped and connected to the living/dining area via a breakfast bar. For added comfort, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen is available – ideal for shared cooking and sociable evenings.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The terraced outdoor area is a true highlight of this finca. Generous, partly covered terraces offer various seating and dining areas for every time of day. The private pool (approx. 9 x 4 m) with Roman steps is surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower, inviting you to relax. The expansive grounds impress across different levels with an exceptional variety of Mediterranean plants: numerous orange, lemon, lime and olive trees, whose fruit guests are welcome to enjoy, as well as palm trees define the landscape. The garden is complemented by lawns, a small pond and a children’s play area with swing, slide and football goals.
