Located directly within the entrance area is a cozy kitchen with a breakfast bar and a large dining table—serving as a central gathering spot for shared meals. Adjacent to this is the living room, complete with comfortable sofas and a TV area. From here, a hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the summer months.

The finca is surrounded by spacious, covered terraces both in front of and behind the house. One side is framed by blooming bougainvillea. The main terrace, overlooking the garden, is furnished with lounge seating and a large dining table—ideal for spending time together outdoors. The large, well-maintained garden offers diverse opportunities for both sporting activities and relaxation. The pool features a water fountain as well as an integrated whirlpool. Here, you can swim laps or simply unwind in the whirlpool. A stainless steel fence provides added safety, particularly for families with small children. Eight sun loungers, daybeds, and parasols are available around the pool area. The spacious lawn offers plenty of room for playing and running around. For active guests, two soccer goals, a table tennis table, and a trampoline are available.
