Upon entering the house, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall with a piano and comfortable sofas. Large windows provide plenty of natural light, while traditional Mallorcan wooden-beamed ceilings give the house its authentic character. Adjacent is the modern white fitted kitchen, fully equipped and featuring an extendable dining table for up to 10 guests. On the ground floor there is a guest WC and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and direct access to the terrace. The first floor offers three additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. This comfortable layout makes the property particularly attractive for larger groups or multi-generational family holidays. The entire house is fully air-conditioned.

Outdoor Area & Pool
Beautifully landscaped terraces with comfortable seating areas and a large barbecue area surround the house. The private garden covers approximately 4,000 m² and is exclusively available to guests. The 4 x 8 metre outdoor pool is set within a well-maintained lawn area and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. A particular highlight is the adjoining indoor pool area, featuring a 15-metre heated indoor pool, a separate whirlpool and a large dining table – ideal for celebrations, social evenings or culinary experiences such as paella dinners, suckling pig feasts or wine tastings.
Important Information Regarding Indoor Pool Heating: The cost of heating the indoor pool is approximately €1000 per week. Due to fluctuations in energy prices, please request the current rate before booking.
