Upon entering, you step into the heart of the finca: a spacious, light-filled living area with an open-plan kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge area. The modern kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A large dining table seats six guests. Three generous sliding glass doors lead directly to the reed-covered terrace and pool area, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The living room is equipped with Smart TV and German and English satellite channels. Hot/cold air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate throughout the property. Wi-Fi and a safe are also available. A separate utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board completes the facilities.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The outdoor area is designed as a natural extension of the surrounding landscape. The centrepiece is the 4 x 11 metre pool with steps for easy access. Water depth ranges from approximately 1.35 m to 1.85 m, making it suitable for both swimming and relaxing. Sun loungers, a hanging chair and an outdoor shower complete the pool area. The covered outdoor dining space with table and six chairs is perfect for meals in the open air. A mobile BBQ grill is also available. A large lawn and a table tennis table provide additional leisure options. Parking is available directly on the property.
