From the front terrace, you enter directly into the living area. From here, there is access to the rear terrace with an outdoor dining area and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. In the living area, hot/cold air conditioning, satellite TV and a DVD player provide additional comfort.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The outdoor area offers several shaded terrace spaces for relaxing and dining outdoors. Directly beside the house there is a covered terrace with a dining table and seating. Next to the pool, a shaded pergola with a chill-out area provides a pleasant place to unwind. The 8 x 4 m private pool features steps for easy access and is surrounded by a well-kept lawn. For BBQ evenings, there is a built-in barbecue as well as an open grilling area. Sun loungers, an outdoor shower and on-site parking complete the outdoor facilities.
