Ferrer de S’Horta has been renovated with great attention to design and comfort. Modern furniture and clean lines blend with rustic details such as natural stone finishes and high ceilings with exposed concrete beams. Access to the house is via the pool area. Large sliding glass doors lead into the open, bright kitchen with a cooking island and modern equipment. From here you enter the spacious living and dining area, which feels particularly welcoming thanks to its open layout and abundant natural light. Two comfortable sofa areas offer space to relax, while the long wooden dining table is ideal for shared meals. Large glass fronts open the space onto the terrace and garden. Central heating ensures comfortable temperatures during the cooler months.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The outdoor area is spacious and designed for enjoying Mallorca’s warm days outside. The pool (11 m x 4 m, depth 1.15 m to 1.65 m) is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and lawn areas. Directly next to the kitchen is a covered terrace with a large dining table and built-in BBQ grill, ideal for shared barbecue evenings. Another covered terrace with a sofa and two hanging chairs creates a cosy chill-out area. Around the pool grow fruit trees, and opposite there is a small herb and lemon garden, which may be used for cooking. Parking is available on the property.
