The finca is located near S’Horta. This small village, offering a supermarket, bakery, bars and banks, can be reached within a few minutes by car. Several sandy coves along the southeast coast are only around five to ten minutes away by car. The nearby Vall D'Or Golf Course is also easily accessible. This location is ideal for guests who wish to combine peaceful surroundings with convenient access to local amenities.
The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with direct access to the covered terrace. The adjoining kitchen is practical and well integrated into the living space. The house is spread over two levels and offers a classic, spacious layout. At the rear of the property there is a separate utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. All bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning operating on a fixed schedule. In addition, the living and dining areas as well as all bedrooms are fitted with central heating.
