High-quality materials, tasteful furnishings and the generous layout give the house an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The fully equipped country-style kitchen is accessible from both the living and dining areas and features modern appliances. From here, you can access a covered terrace leading to the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area – ideal for shared meals outdoors. The finca has been designed to be family-friendly and is partly wheelchair accessible. Wi-Fi, a safe and generous living spaces provide additional comfort during your stay.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The outdoor area is generously designed and offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Mallorcan countryside. The long swimming pool (12 m x 4 m, depth 0.50 m to 1.70 m) features steps and is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers. On request, the pool can be enclosed with a child-safe fence. Several covered terrace areas provide pleasant shade and space for shared outdoor dining. A built-in BBQ, an outdoor kitchen and a large dining table with seating for up to 12 people create ideal conditions for sociable evenings. Gardens, lawns, table tennis and plenty of space to play make the finca particularly family-friendly. An outdoor shower, pool towels and parking on the property are also available.
