Ximerri is a spacious, modern country house in a peaceful location between Santanyi and Cas Concos. Surrounded by almond groves and rolling hills, the finca offers plenty of privacy as well as wide views across the countryside. With six bedrooms, the house is ideal for larger families or groups.

The finca is situated in a quiet rural setting in the south-east of Mallorca. Santanyi and Cas Concos, with shops, restaurants and weekly markets, are easily accessible.

The spacious living and dining area with access to the garden terrace forms the heart of the house. The modern kitchen features a serving hatch as well as direct access to the covered terrace with barbecue area. Air conditioning hot/cold, Wi-Fi and a safe are available. One bedroom on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
