Wide glass doors lead directly onto the covered terrace and into the garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking together. Adjacent to the kitchen is access to a covered terrace and the outdoor BBQ area. The house combines clean architectural lines with a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere and offers numerous private spaces both indoors and outdoors. Hot/cold air conditioning is available in all bedrooms 24 hours a day.

The spacious outdoor area offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine. The centrepiece is the large pool (12 m x 6 m, depth 1.00 m to 1.70 m) with sun terrace and loungers. Several covered terrace areas provide pleasant shaded spots, while the large dining table seating up to 12 guests is perfect for shared meals outdoors. A built-in BBQ, table tennis and the well-maintained garden with lawned areas complete the facilities. The separate guest house by the pool provides additional privacy within the group. Parking is available on the property.
