The adjoining kitchen is practical and well integrated into the living space. The house is spread over two levels and offers a classic, spacious layout. At the rear of the property there is a separate utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. All bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning operating on a fixed schedule. In addition, the living and dining areas as well as all bedrooms are fitted with central heating.

The outdoor area features a covered terrace with dining space for six guests and a covered BBQ area with sink. Eight sun loungers are available. A lawn area, table tennis table and outdoor shower complete the facilities. Parking is available directly on the property.
