The spacious outdoor area offers plenty of room for shared meals and relaxing holiday days. The large terrace has ample seating for families and groups. A built-in BBQ and an additional summer kitchen with a dining table, chairs and comfortable sofas provide further options for eating outdoors and unwinding at the end of the day. At the rear of the well-maintained garden, there is a covered area with a table tennis table. The 11 x 5 m private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Shaded areas around the house also offer pleasant spots to retreat and relax. Pool fencing is available on request for an additional fee.
