Living Area & Facilities
The finca is spread over two floors and features a practical and functional layout. The bright living area with dining table and satellite TV provides ample space for spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher, making everyday holiday living easy and comfortable. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring pleasant temperatures throughout the summer months. The thoughtful layout, with two bedrooms located on the ground floor, makes the finca especially convenient for families and guests who prefer to avoid stairs whenever possible. The sofa bed in the living room can be used free of charge upon request.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The spacious outdoor area offers plenty of room for relaxation and shared activities. At its centre is the fenced pool terrace with a separate children's area, outdoor shower and ample sun loungers. The pool measures approximately 10 x 5 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 metres. A children's play area provides additional entertainment for younger guests. The extensive garden, surrounded by numerous palm trees, creates a pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere and offers plenty of peaceful corners to unwind.

Guests with reduced mobility are warmly welcomed at Sa Palmaria 2. The finca features a practical layout with the main living areas and two bedrooms located on the ground floor. As individual requirements may vary, we recommend discussing any specific needs before booking.
