The lounge and two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The semi-open rustic fitted kitchen adjoins the living area directly and is fully equipped. An additional dining table with chairs is also available here. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the terrace in front of the house, which offers another well-shaded outdoor dining area.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The lovingly landscaped garden features extensive lawns, Mediterranean plants and herbs. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and additional garden furniture, inviting you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. A small separate BBQ house is available for barbecue evenings. Directly in front of the lounge there is also a cosy covered terrace with an additional seating area – ideal for meals in the shade or relaxing evenings.
