The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar with two stools. The house is fully air-conditioned with both heating and cooling functions, making it suitable for stays throughout the year. Wi-Fi and mosquito screens on the bedroom windows are also provided.

Outdoor Area
The outdoor area offers several sheltered and furnished seating areas. The partially covered terrace is equipped with a dining table for up to 6 guests and two sun loungers. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off comfortably after a day at the beach. A portable barbecue is available at the rear of the house. Guests are welcome to pick lemons from the lemon tree on the property. Private parking is available within the courtyard. The plot is fully enclosed and features two entrance gates, which is particularly advantageous for families with young children.
