Finca Llubi Petit is quietly located near the village of :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}, surrounded by open countryside and typical Mallorcan landscapes. The spacious plot offers plenty of privacy and open views across the valley towards the mountains. Shops and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes’ drive. The central location is ideal for excursions to different parts of the island.

Living & Amenities

The approx. 152 m² living space is comfortably arranged on one level. The living area is cosy and features SAT-TV, a decorative fireplace and an integrated dining area. The kitchen is separately located, functionally equipped and offers direct access to the covered terrace – ideal for short distances when cooking and serving.

The overall furnishings are stylish yet intentionally authentic and close to nature, in harmony with the peaceful surroundings. Standing fans are provided for warmer days.
