Air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in the living room and all bedrooms and is included between 7:00 pm and 7:00 am (maximum 10 hours per day). A 24-hour air conditioning service can be booked for €25 per day, while underfloor heating is available for €30 per day.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The large fenced pool measures 4.5 x 10 metres with a water depth ranging from approximately 0.75 m to 1.80 m and features step access. Eight sun loungers, lawn and artificial grass areas, as well as a long covered veranda provide ample space for relaxation. An outdoor dining area, portable BBQ grill and an outdoor bathroom complete the exterior facilities. Parking spaces are available on the property.
