From the entrance hall you reach the open-plan living area via a few steps. The spacious living room with large glass fronts opens onto the covered terrace and pool area. From here you can enjoy partial distant views over the Bay of Portocolom. The open kitchen is modernly equipped and features a large dining area. Adjacent to it is a practical pantry. From the kitchen you access a side veranda with table and chairs, ideal for breakfast outdoors. This area also includes the BBQ space and a separate laundry room. The interior follows a minimalist style with high-quality materials and clean lines. Hot/cold air conditioning is available throughout the house 24 hours a day.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The private saltwater pool (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.55 m to 2 m) features steps and is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers. An outdoor shower is also available. The covered terrace offers a pleasant shaded dining area. In addition, there is an open BBQ area. Garden areas and several seating spots provide plenty of space to relax. Parking is available on the property.
