Description

Finca Alou near S’Horta is a small, cosy natural stone finca for up to four guests in an exceptionally peaceful location. The approximately 7,000 sqm plot offers plenty of privacy, a well-maintained garden and a private pool with Roman steps. With around 70 sqm of living space, the house combines traditional Mallorcan style with modern amenities. The original natural stone walls create a warm rural atmosphere, while the renovation ensures contemporary comfort.

Location & Surroundings

The finca is located just outside the typical Mallorcan village of S'Horta in the south-east of Mallorca. Here you can enjoy peace and tranquillity away from traffic noise, surrounded by almond trees, birdsong and the sound of sheep bells. Beaches, shops and restaurants are easily accessible by car. At the same time, the location offers ideal conditions for relaxation in the heart of nature.

Living Area & Features

From the entrance area, you enter directly into the living room with TV and German and English satellite channels.

Adjacent is the open-plan country-style kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine.

Outdoor Area & Pool

The private pool with Roman steps measures 8 x 5 metres and has a depth ranging from approximately 0.9 m to 1.9 m. Four sun loungers are available around the pool. The well-kept garden with lawn areas creates a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. An outdoor shower is also available. The covered terrace with dining area and the built-in BBQ grill with an additional covered barbecue area and sink provide ideal conditions for outdoor dining.
