Description

Finca Villa Magdalena is located in a peaceful rural setting halfway between Pollença and Puerto Pollença. The single-storey finca offers around 120 m² of living space for up to 6 guests and combines a bright Mediterranean atmosphere with a spacious outdoor area. Three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, a covered terrace and a private pool make the finca a lovely holiday home for families or friends.

Location & surroundings

Villa Magdalena is quietly situated in the countryside between Pollença and Puerto Pollença. The centre of Pollença is around 3 km away, while the beaches of Puerto Pollença are around 3.5 km away. Shops, cafés and restaurants can be reached quickly by car. The historic old town of Pollença, with its narrow streets and beautiful market square, is ideal for a stroll. The surrounding area also offers a varied landscape that is well suited to walking and cycling. The nearest golf course is around 4 km away.

Living & facilities

The single-storey finca features a bright and welcoming living and dining area with comfortable seating, dining table, TV and DVD player. The open-plan kitchen with breakfast area is fully equipped with a gas cooker, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other kitchen utensils. A washing machine and iron are also available. All three bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available.

Outside & pool

The spacious and fully fenced garden offers plenty of room to relax. The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the private 10 x 5 m pool with Roman steps and a depth of around 1 to 1.80 m. Sun loungers and parasols are provided around the pool. The large covered terrace is furnished with garden furniture and is ideal for enjoying meals together in the shade. For sociable evenings, there is a summer kitchen with a built-in BBQ and another covered seating area for relaxed outdoor dining. An additional furnished sun terrace and an outdoor shower by the pool complete the outdoor area. A pool fence can be provided on request and at an additional charge. Parking is available on the property for up to three vehicles.
