The finca enjoys a peaceful location on Puig de Maria and is accessed via a country track. Pollença is only a short walk away and offers plenty of opportunities for shopping and dining out. From the finca, there are lovely views over the old town and the surrounding mountain landscape. The beaches in the surrounding area are also easily accessible by car.
The bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area features a comfortable seating area with sofas, satellite TV and a dining area. A traditional Mallorcan wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere. The integrated kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas cooker with oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The finca also has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

The well-maintained grounds offer plenty of space and feature lawns, shrubs and mature trees. A covered terrace with a built-in BBQ and seating area is ideal for dining and enjoying a barbecue together. The 9 x 4 metre pool is surrounded by lawns and a stone sun terrace with sun loungers. The terrace of the house offers lovely views over Pollença, Puig de Maria and the surrounding mountains.
