Mondrago Duri has been fully renovated and combines historic features such as natural stone walls and wooden beamed ceilings with modern living comfort. High ceilings and spacious suites create a distinctive atmosphere. On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a stylish entrance hall furnished with antique pieces. The large living room with comfortable sofas and a large TV leads directly onto the terrace and into the spacious kitchen. The kitchen features a large dining table, a pantry and direct access to the outside area. The house is equipped with central heating and hot/cold air conditioning in the bedrooms (1:00 pm–3:00 pm and 9:00 pm–9:00 am). Wi-Fi and a safe are provided.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The 12 x 5 metre saltwater pool with children's area and Roman steps has a depth ranging from approximately 0.95 m to 1.60 m. Pool towels and an outdoor shower are available. The spacious garden with lawns and Mediterranean plants offers plenty of room to relax. Twelve sun loungers, a covered terrace with a large dining area and a built-in barbecue provide ideal conditions for long summer evenings. For sporting activities, there is a table tennis table. Parking for your car is also available on the property.
