Accommodation & Facilities
The finca spans two floors with a clear, practical layout. The ground floor features two bedrooms as well as the communal living areas and bathrooms – with everything within easy reach. The living area and all bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The fully equipped kitchen is designed to make everyday life on holiday hassle-free. An adjoining conservatory connects the indoor and outdoor areas and leads directly onto the pool terrace. The living area also features a sofa bed, which can be used free of charge on request.

Outdoor area & pool
The well-maintained outdoor area covers approximately 3,500 m² and offers plenty of space, privacy and tranquillity. At its heart is the fenced-in swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.20–2.10 m) with a separate children’s pool. Surrounding the pool, you’ll find sun loungers, several seating areas and a terrace with a dining area and BBQ – perfect for shared meals. A table tennis table provides additional entertainment.

Guests with reduced mobility are very welcome at Sa Palmaria 1. The finca has a practical layout, with the living areas and two bedrooms on the ground floor. As individual requirements may vary, we recommend discussing your specific needs briefly before booking.
