The ground floor features a stylish living and dining area with SAT-TV, DVD and access to the terrace with unobstructed views of the harbour and sea. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob allows comfortable cooking. A utility room as well as a chill-out and playroom for children complete the ground floor. The villa is fully air-conditioned (hot/cold) with fixed operating hours.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The spacious terrace extends across the front of the villa and offers a spectacular harbour view. Sun loungers, a mobile BBQ grill, an outdoor dining area and a chill-out zone invite you to relax. The rectangular pool (10 m x 4 m) is surrounded by a well-kept lawn area and can be made child-safe with a pool fence on request. An outdoor shower completes the exterior area.
