The finca is located near Alqueria Blanca in the south-east of Mallorca. Its elevated position offers impressive panoramic views across the surrounding countryside and towards the horizon. Shops, restaurants and the region’s beaches are easily accessible by car. The peaceful rural setting makes this property particularly appealing for guests seeking relaxation and nature.
The main entrance is located at the rear of the house and leads directly into the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent is the stylish dining room with terrace doors opening onto the upper front terrace. The tastefully furnished living room also features large terrace doors leading onto the partly covered sun terrace with spectacular countryside views. A few steps lead down to the master bedroom with double bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom and access to the upper sun terrace. From here, you can enjoy further beautiful views across the grounds and the pool area below. On the ground floor, accessible from the covered front terrace, there is a separate and spacious double bedroom with dressing area and wheelchair-accessible en-suite bathroom.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The long mosaic-tiled pool is surrounded by natural stone walls and terrace areas. An outdoor shower is available. The pool area can be safely separated by small iron gates, making it particularly family-friendly. Above the pool, a vine-covered terrace with a large stone table provides the perfect setting for long barbecue evenings with panoramic views. An additional outdoor BBQ is located beside the pool. Lawned areas offer plenty of space for relaxing and playing, while younger guests will enjoy the small play area with swing and slide.
