The entire house has air conditioning. On the ground floor, there is a cosy living area with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The separate dining room has direct access to the terraces. The fully equipped kitchen also opens directly onto the covered terraces. It has air conditioning, a hob, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is also a guest WC. A spacious summer kitchen, also with air conditioning, is fully equipped and features a long dining table for up to 12 people. A TV and music system are also available. At the rear, there is a shower and a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The well-maintained outdoor area features spacious terraces with seating and dining areas, as well as an impressive summer kitchen for up to 12 people. A built-in BBQ area with seating invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. The garden is surrounded by tall conifers, and the property has an electrically operated entrance gate and two spacious parking spaces. To one side, there is a charming Japanese garden with a pond and water lilies, enclosed by a fence. The infinity pool with waterfall and massage jets measures 4 x 8.5 m and has a depth of 1–2 m. A sun terrace with plenty of loungers surrounds the pool. Pool fencing is available on request for an additional fee.
