Upon entering the house, the large panoramic window on the ground floor immediately catches the eye, offering a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape. The living room features a comfortable sofa area in front of the fireplace as well as a television. The dining room seats six people and leads directly into the adjoining rustic kitchen. The kitchen is well maintained and functionally equipped, with additional space for another dining table, making it possible to enjoy breakfast directly in the kitchen. The finca is suitable for year-round use and features air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as central heating.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The spacious covered veranda is a central gathering area. It features an outdoor sofa and a dining table from which you can enjoy the spectacular views and peaceful surroundings. A small lockable garden gate provides additional safety, preventing children from reaching the pool unattended. The pool is surrounded by a green lawn and includes a shade sail and six sun loungers. The terraced layout of the property creates different levels with attractive retreat areas and beautiful views.
