Outdoor Area & Pool
The outdoor area is spacious and designed for enjoying Mallorca’s warm days outside. The pool (11 m x 4 m, depth 1.15 m to 1.65 m) is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and lawn areas. Directly next to the kitchen is a covered terrace with a large dining table and built-in BBQ grill, ideal for shared barbecue evenings. Another covered terrace with a sofa and two hanging chairs creates a cosy chill-out area. Around the pool grow fruit trees, and opposite there is a small herb and lemon garden, which may be used for cooking. Parking is available on the property.
