The kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living area. Facilities include Wi-Fi, TV, fireplace, air conditioning (hot/cold), fans and a washing machine. Thanks to the heating system, the house is also suitable for stays during the cooler months. Heating costs are charged locally in cash at €25 per night.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The outdoor area is spacious and designed for relaxation and spending quality time together. The large pool terrace extends directly from the living area and offers sweeping views across the landscape towards the distant mountain ranges. The pool measures approximately 12 x 6 m and has a gently sloping depth. It is accessed via a few steps and is surrounded by terraces and lawn areas. A covered terrace with a large dining table and built-in BBQ provides ideal conditions for outdoor dining. The outdoor area is further complemented by an outdoor shower, a table tennis table and plenty of space for children to play.
