Villa Na Pilena 6 is situated in a quiet residential area of Sa Pedruscada, just a few steps from the Cala Pedruscada cove. At the same time, it is close to the harbour town of Cala Ratjada, with its restaurants, cafés and boutiques. The villa offers sea views from almost every room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace – ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea. When booking for the full occupancy, an additional bedroom on the upper floor can be booked on request. It has its own shower room and a roof terrace with fantastic sea views.

Location & Surroundings

The villa is situated right beside the well-maintained seafront promenade, from where you can reach beaches, the yacht harbour, cafés, boutiques and restaurants on foot. The location combines a peaceful setting and proximity to the beach with easy access to the lively centre of Cala Ratjada.
