Description

Finca Maria Tres, also known as Can Bossa, is located in a quiet area in the east of Mallorca, approximately 4.9 km from Capdepera and about 6 km from Arta. The modern natural stone finca sits on a 7,500 m² fully fenced plot and offers approx. 200 m² of living space across two floors. Amenities include an infinity saltwater pool, four air-conditioned bedrooms, and a well-maintained garden. A comfort finca ideal for a relaxing holiday in a natural setting.

Location & Surroundings

The finca is situated among gentle hills near Capdepera. The town, with its historic centre, shops, cafés and weekly market, is just a few minutes away. Popular beaches such as Cala Agulla, Cala Torta and Cala Gat as well as several golf courses are within short driving distance. The region is well suited for hiking and cycling tours.

Living & Facilities

The approx. 200 m² of living space is distributed over two floors. The open-plan living and dining area features a fireplace, sofa area and a large dining table.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and offers direct access to the covered terrace with views of the pool. Amenities include air conditioning and TV in the bedrooms, central heating, Wi-Fi and a safe.
