Living Area & Features
The finca is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, the dining area is located directly by the entrance. Adjacent is the rustic, well-equipped kitchen featuring a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, capsule and filter coffee machines, and an electric citrus juicer. On the opposite side of the house, overlooking the pool area, is the spacious living room with access to the veranda and outdoor dining area. German and English satellite TV, as well as a CD/radio system, are provided. A utility room is located next to the kitchen. Three further bedrooms and three bathrooms are situated on the upper floor.

Outdoor Area & Pool
The outdoor area is particularly spacious and well designed. At its centre is the 6 x 12 metre private pool with steps and a depth ranging from approximately 1.20 m to 2.20 m. Eight sun loungers are available. Several terraces, a covered outdoor dining area with table and eight chairs, a chill-out zone and a built-in BBQ with an additional covered grilling area and sink provide plenty of opportunities to enjoy time outdoors together. The Mediterranean garden with lawns and shrubs is extensive and well maintained. A table tennis table is available. The property also features a tennis court, whose surface is not maintained on a regular basis but can be used for recreational tennis and casual games. Parking is available directly on the property.
