Finca Moli is a lovingly restored 18th-century windmill and is registered as a cultural heritage property of the Balearic Islands. The original tower has been preserved and harmoniously integrated into the living area, creating an exceptional holiday home with historic character. The property enjoys a peaceful rural setting near Santanyí. Restaurants, shops and the famous weekly market are within easy reach, while the beach of Cala Llombards is only around 8 km away.
The windmill is set on a plot of approximately 2,500 m² in a quiet location close to Santanyí. The surroundings are characterised by nature and rural tranquillity. At the same time, guests benefit from the proximity to the lively town centre with its wide range of restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities.
From the entrance, you enter directly into the spacious living and dining area with TV and German and English satellite channels.
Natural stone walls and warm colours create a particularly cosy atmosphere throughout the house. The modern kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals together and provides access to a terrace with sunshade and barbecue area. Hot/cold air conditioning is available in the living-dining area and both bedrooms and can be used 24 hours a day. Wi-Fi and a safe are also provided.

The private pool measures 8.0 x 4.5 metres with a depth ranging from approximately 1.30 m to 1.80 m and features steps for easy access. Four sun loungers are available. The outdoor area includes a dining space with table and six chairs, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Parking is available directly on the property.
