Upon entering, you are welcomed by a bright open-plan living area with direct sea views. The fully equipped open kitchen with spacious dining area also enjoys uninterrupted views of the pool and the sea. Large sliding doors lead onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The villa is furnished in a contemporary style with harmonious natural tones. Air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in the main living room and all bedrooms and can be used 24 hours a day. Wi-Fi, a safe and a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided. Parking is available directly on the property. The outdoor area is thoughtfully designed and fully oriented towards the sea. At the front of the villa, a shaded breakfast area awaits in the garden. The infinity pool measures 9 x 4 metres with a depth of approximately 1.40 m to 1.60 m. The water is treated using a saltwater electrolysis system. The pool features steps, cushioned sunbathing platforms, four sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Pool towels are provided.
