Set in a peaceful rural location, Les Murteretes is just 3 km from Pollença, with its historic old town, restaurants, cafés and shops. The nearest beach is only around 4 km away. The surrounding area is characterised by the Mallorcan countryside and provides a good base for exploring Pollença and the beaches in the north of the island.

The comfortable living and dining area is furnished with a sofa and features a wood-burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player. Wi-Fi is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped. All three bedrooms have air conditioning.

A pool fence can be added subject to availability for €330.
